How to download Bilibili videos

Bilibili's own downloads are locked to its mobile app and expire, so keeping a permanent copy means resolving the underlying stream. This tool extracts the direct video and audio URLs behind a BV link.

Bilibili uses DASH for its higher resolutions, which means video and audio arrive as separate tracks. Check whether the format you pick is listed as 'Video + Audio' before downloading.

Copy the video URL from your browser — it normally contains a BV id, like /video/BV1xx411c7mD.
Paste it above and click 'Get Download Link'.
Prefer an option under 'Video + Audio' for a complete file with sound.
If only 'Video only' formats are listed at your chosen resolution, download an audio track too and merge them with ffmpeg.

Why does my Bilibili download have no sound?
